DUTIES:
Provides support to the building Principal. Coordinates various office support services. May exercise general supervision of office staff.
SALARY:
$22.00 - $35.80 per hour depending on experience, plus full-time benefits per RHEA, Coalition Unit, Administrative Support Professionals Chapter. Review the Total Rewards of the position in the full contract at: www.rhnet.org/contracts
QUALIFICATIONS
Must currently hold the Civil Service title of Senior School Secretary OR be reachable for appointment from the current Senior School Secretary list OR have High School Diploma plus 4 years of full-time office clerical experience OR have an Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science plus 2 years of office clerical experience. MUST be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. Prior accounting/bookkeeping and/or Student State experience preferred. This is an appointment to the Civil service HELP Program and no exam is required.
