Company Description Wine Twists Import is a wine-focused business headquartered at 125 Woodbury Rd in Hicksville, New York. The company operates within the wine import and distribution space, supporting partners and customers in the local and regional market. As a growing organization, Wine Twists Import values reliable team members who help keep operations organized and efficient. The company offers an on-site work environment where administrative staff play a key role in day-to-day business functions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Hicksville, NY. Operating from 9AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies. This role will support leaders with preparation of basic documents, spreadsheets, and reports. The Administrative Assistant will organize and file records, assist with data entry and order processing, and help maintain accurate customer and vendor information. The role also includes coordinating internal communications, supporting occasional events or meetings, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office management. Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with internal and external stakeholders. Emphasis on Customer Service skills. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new business systems. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred; experience in distribution, or related industries is a plus.
