Job Description
The Tra-Mac Group LLC is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first impression for our company. You will welcome guests who visit the facility, handle incoming phone calls, and offer administrative support across the organization. To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role. You should also have exceptional fact-finding, communication, and decision making skills to better assist any client concerns. Responsibilities Greet and welcome all clients as they arrive at the office Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls Provide, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing Requirements Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Accounting Skills Contract Management Skills Professional attitude and appearance Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong phone etiquette Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude High school degree
