Job Description

Professional Compliance Company is looking to hire a full time Clerical Assistant. You must have excellent phone, data entry and computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook a PLUS). Must be able to multi-task and switch gears quickly, this is a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants must be detail oriented. This is a position that offers good starting pay and room for growth! Previous experience with Trucking industry, DOT and DMV regulations is a plus but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not necessary.
Duties Include:
Data entry Filling out forms Scanning, Faxing and Emailing documents. Communicating well and providing excellent customer service Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and thorough follow up at all times Participating in On-Call rotation within other company departments General office duties. All interested candidates - must have own transportation, have excellent office skills, be reliable and a team player.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
