Job Description
Looking to hire a lead administrative assistant in a newly thriving mental health therapy practice. Early evenings and weekend availability possible for extra hours
- Friendly and motivated person; you are who the clients first see and speak with (in person and virtually)

- Candidate will trained on HIPAA law and on our specific EMR systems

- office management Qualifications Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite, including Google Suite Strong organizational and clerical experience Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management Familiarity with data entry and filing systems Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and provide customer support Summary As a Lead Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office.
Pay:
$18.50- $20.
