Full job description We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to provide support to multiple departments and assist with daily office operations. This position requires a high level of professionalism and organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist various departments with daily office tasks and administrative support. Pick up and deliver documents or materials safely and securely between the office and other businesses (vehicle required). Prepare and submit daily bank deposits. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Communicate effectively with staff and clients.Requirements:
Fluent in English Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and time-management skills.Pay:
