Small office environment working directly with the managers and staff.
Work Schedule:
Part Time:
20-25hrs per week; between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Skills and requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience; trucking / transportation / service / repair office experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment. Detail orientated with strong time management and follow-through skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, Access. Valid Driver license. Ability to lift 30lbs. Tasks Processing incoming payments, bill-pay and invoicing. Handling incoming calls and other communications. Managing filing system. Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Light cleaning. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into database. Ordering, organizing, and stocking parts.
