Coordinate listings, contracts, and transaction paperwork. Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries professionally. Schedule appointments, showings and meeting. Maintain and update databases, MLS listings and client records. Assist with marketing. Support agents with document preparation. Front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth. Perform data entry tasks to update records. Coordinate Listings, contracts, and transaction paperwork. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor .

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
