100% onsite NYC Pay Rate - $25/hour Schedule - Mon thru Fri, 11:30a to 7p, 30 minute break We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to work on an open-ended contract assignment in NYC. This role will support an Executive Partner of a law firm . Key responsibilities include Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, conferences, and handle travel arrangements, as necessary. Work closely and effectively with executive partner to complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including keeping them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and following up appropriately. Prepare and process expense reports. Proactively manage needs related to upcoming personal milestones/events (e.g., holidays, birthdays, anniversaries); Arrange household services as needed (e.g., scheduling repairs, managing deliveries, supervising service providers). Arrange complex personal travel plans (commercial/private) and compose detailed itineraries for executive partner and their immediate family members. Provide support of personal administrative tasks for executive partner and their immediate family members (e.g., online shopping, ordering gifts and picking up, managing returns, dry cleaning pickup, and restaurant reservations) Assist with in-scope ad hoc projects, as request ed. Qualifications & Experi ence Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities - must demonstrate a proactive, Superior level of client-service orientation. Exceptional attention to detail. Team player attitude with the ability to flex based on needs of the executive partner and firm. Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy, while consistently exercising the highest level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
