Job Description:
The Secretary (Transcriptionist) will be assigned to CM Queens and will attend job progress meetings held for any in-house projects. The assignee will take and prepare minutes for each job progress meeting, enter the minutes into CM13 and Kahua, and maintain a record of the information entered. The assignee will be required to travel between job sites as necessary, at least 2-3 times a week while reporting to Headquarters. Must be computer literate, detail-oriented, a good listener, with the ability to take accurate notes. Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. Construction background desired and/or is helpful. Must have a valid driver's license. High School diploma or equivalent. #teamk
