Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Excel applications with precision and speed. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events seamlessly. Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, timely responses, and attentive service. Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Support office management functions by overseeing supply inventories and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Offer personal assistant support as needed, including travel arrangements or special project coordination. Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong typing skills coupled with high computer literacy to perform data entry efficiently. Knowledge of office management procedures and customer service best practices. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
