Job Description:
Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join its New York office. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who enjoys supporting executives while helping manage day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, catering, and office hospitality Manage incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and office supplies Maintain a professional and organized office environment Partner with vendors, building management, and internal teams on office operations Assist with team events and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of administrative, executive support, office coordination, or reception experience Experience in financial services, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information

Compensation:
Base salary of up to $85,000 plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
