Up to $35 Job Summary Pride Health is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in East Elmhurst, NY. The ideal candidate will support correctional health operations through administrative coordination, reporting, scheduling, and presentation development in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Create reports, charts, and presentations using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Maintain and organize database information and records
- Assist with training class scheduling and classroom setup coordination
- Create and distribute surveys and related documentation
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones and ordering supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling needs
- Support operational and departmental administrative workflows
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely completion of assigned tasks Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating charts, graphs, and presentations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare or correctional operations
- Prior experience with database management and reporting
- Flexibility with shift changes and scheduling needs
