Property Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance for a New York City real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for managing compliance matters with HPD, DOB, FDNY, DEP, DOT, DOHMH, and DSNY, with a strong emphasis on NYC Local Law compliance.The Compliance Specialist will handle filings, coordinate inspections and corrective work, and submit all required certifications and documentation in collaboration with internal maintenance staff and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage and track compliance with NYC Local Laws (including Local Law 1, 11, 33, 62, 69, 84, 87, 88, 97, 126, 152, boiler and elevator requirements). Prepare and submit filings, certifications, and correction documentation. Monitor and resolve violations issued by HPD, DOB, FDNY, DEP, DOT, DOHMH, DSNY, etc. Coordinate compliance work with the Maintenance Department, engineers, and vendors. Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting. Utilize Monday.com, Yardi, DOB
NOW, HPD
Online, and Jack Jaffa for tracking and filings. Qualifications 5+ years of NYC real estate compliance experience (multifamily or mixed-use). Strong knowledge of NYC building and housing regulations. Experience managing Local Law compliance end-to-end. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment & Compensation Fully in-office position (NYC) Salary negotiable, based on experience.Pay:
