Job Description

Diamond Properties is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment and management company committed to excellence in property acquisition, development, and management. With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, and residential properties, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value to our tenants and stakeholders. The Tenant Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting tenant communication, service coordination, and overall tenant experience across the portfolio. This position ensures tenant requests are tracked, addressed efficiently, and communicated clearly, while also supporting engagement initiatives and maintaining organized service workflows. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support tenant service request systems, ensuring requests are properly tracked, routed, and resolved Monitor tenant inquiries and provide guidance to team members handling day-to-day service requests Identify recurring service issues or response gaps and escalate as needed Coordinate tenant communications, including building notices, operational updates, and emergency messaging Maintain accurate tenant contact records and communication distribution lists Support tenant onboarding, including move-in coordination and welcome materials Plan and coordinate tenant engagement initiatives such as events and building activities Gather and track tenant feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Partner with Property Management, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure tenant issues are addressed efficiently Assist in communicating maintenance or operational work that may impact tenants Coordinating the receipt, organization, and distribution of tenant mail and packages Supporting occasional space showings and also access coordination for our sister company. Conducting daily walkthroughs of common areas to monitor building cleanliness, appearance, and readiness, escalating issues as needed Limited travel may be required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in property management, tenant services, customer service, or a related field Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) What We're Looking For Customer-focused with a proactive and responsive approach Strong coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset Diamond Properties is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
