Type:

full-time Pal-O-Mine Equestrian is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time employees to work as the Front Office Assistant. This position is ultimately the face of the organization, as responsibilities include greeting clients, guests, and staff as the first point of contact. The right person for this position will be friendly with a professional demeanor and able to respond with integrity in stressful situations and have the ability to focus and work in a shared space. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting students, clients, staff, and funders
  • Clerical duties with data entry such as taking payments and recording information
  • Inputting and maintaining information using Google Drive
  • Addressing inquiries about organization and its programs Skills required include but not limited to:
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with a team collaboratively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, experience with Google Drive preferred
  • Accurate, organized and pays attention to detail
