09/01/2026 2:18 PM Job Description This is general administrative work of a moderately complex nature involving the responsibility for independently coordinating and monitoring projects and programs and researching and compiling information to resolve problems. The work is performed under the general direction of a higher-level administrator, with moderate leeway for the exercise of independent judgment. Work guidance (e.g., lead work) may be exercised over others. Does related work as required. The work is performed under the general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Business.
Minimum Qualifications:
An Associate's degree or equivalent college credits (minimum of sixty (60) credits) and four (4) years of paid work experience which involved administrative duties
•; or A Bachelor's degree or higher and two (2) years of paid work experience which involved administrative duties

NOTE:
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma plus additional years of the required paid work experience may be substituted for the college degree on a year-for-year basis.
•Administrative duties include planning, resource allocation, policy formulation, program evaluation, budgeting and coordinating activities among work units or between agencies, etc.

Local program. Candidates must only meet the minimum qualifications for consideration.
Salary and Benefits:
