Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Personal Assistant to the Director of Operations to provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is professional, positive, outgoing, and eager to learn. Prior administrative or assistant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Operations with daily administrative and clerical tasks. Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general receptionist support. Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meetings. Confirm office visits, appointments, and scheduled meetings. Send and receive faxes and assist with copying, scanning, filing, and document organization. Prepare and organize documents and correspondence. Assist with basic data entry and maintaining accurate office records. Help coordinate communications between the Director, staff, clients, and outside contacts. Monitor routine administrative tasks and follow up as needed. Provide general office support and assist with special projects. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality. Professional and comfortable interacting with staff, clients, and visitors. Organized and dependable. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and basic office equipment. Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Willing to learn new software and office systems. Prior assistant, receptionist, or administrative experience is preferred but not required .
