This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall productivity. As an energetic and proactive member of our organization, you will be the backbone of efficient office management, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer service. If you posses strong organizational and communication skills, this position is perfect for you! Duties Answer phone, direct calls. Perform data entry tasks accurately using dispatch software and Microsoft Office and Word processing tools Maintain organized office records, files, and correspondence to ensure easy access and retrieval Prepare filing forms for permits and sign-off of permits. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive communication experiences Requirements Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical and administrative skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and some familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Technical proficiency with computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy, proofreading skills Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and client communication Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client interactions Join us in a role where your organizational talents will shine!
