Job Description
Duties Description The Office Assistant 2 (OA2) will provide general reception services for those visiting, calling, and e-mailing the office with various questions. They will be expected to gain knowledge to be able to answer questions on behalf of GEO when appropriate or refer to the coordinators, directors or other units when necessary. Other duties are expected to include, but not be limited to: Supporting the planning and execution of study abroad fairs, orientations, info sessions and other related events; Assisting in managing social media accounts, print and web informational resources, and bulletin boards; And supporting the preparation of reports and presentations for internal use or external partners.
