Club Manager Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to our daily office operations. You will support our staff and provide exceptional service to our club members. If you love multitasking in a fast-paced environment and want a steady, year-round role, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities Office Support:
Help manage daily tasks in the club office. Assist the Club Manager with special projects.
Communication:
Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and greet members and vendors in a professional manner.
Billing & Records:
Keep member files accurate and organized, work with bookkeeper and multiple online programs to maintain billing and overall records.
Digital Management:
Create documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Help update the club website and use on line tools and programs to facilitate lessons, social events, boat storage, and other club activities.
Member Services:
Assist with all aspects of member services, work with committee chairs, and serve as needed by the manager as a liaison to club programs, members, and activities.
Qualifications Top-Notch Skills:
Strong organization, time management, and deep attention to detail.
Great Communicator:
Excellent speaking and writing skills with a polite, helpful attitude.
Tech Savvy:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to learn new computer programs quickly. Data entry and adjusting year over year amendments to the club lessons registration system.
Work Style:
Ability to work well on your own and handle many tasks at once.
Experience:
Background in office work, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required . We will train the right person!
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
