www.cyaconstruction.com Overview We are looking for personal secretary cum executive assistant for owners of our construction company. A person should be able to facilitate effective communication/ translation in English and Spanish. Candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask. Duties Manage and coordinate calendar appointments, Organizing meetings,preparing agendas, and taking minutes for in person meetings Reminding both owners of their personal and professional appointments. Translation of English and Spanish between labor and owners. whenever required prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, gather reports, and documents ensuring accuracy and clarity Preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining filing systems, both physically and digitally using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Maintaining data and financial entries to submit to office and basic office management duties. ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant with office management responsibilities Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication across diverse stakeholders Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry software Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Demonstrated experience in clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and phone etiquette Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
