Job Description

Our client, a Property Management company specializing in Federal Housing, is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, handling various tasks related to property management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule:
M-Fri 9am-5pm What's the Job? Handle rental applications and assist with the Section 8 Housing process. Collect payments from tenants and post payments to accounts. Conduct collection calls and manage tenant inquiries effectively. Answer phones and respond to emails regarding rental properties. Assist with walk-in tenants and provide excellent customer service. What's Needed? Experience in property management or a related field a plus Must have accounting skills-collect rental payments, post rental payments accordingly Fluency in Spanish is a must. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort dealing with the public. What's in it for me? Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
