This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats. About the Role This position blends administrative support, creative execution, and hands-on market assistance . You'll work closely with ownership to keep operations running smoothly while helping elevate our brand presence both in-store and online. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Manage day-to-day office tasks and organization Filing, document management, and data entry Assist with scheduling, emails, and internal coordination Maintain clean, efficient workflows across systems Creative & Social Media Assist in creating and posting content across social platforms Design light graphics and marketing materials Capture in-store moments, events, and product highlights Help maintain brand consistency and aesthetic Market & In-Store Support Assist on-site during busy hours and events Support merchandising and presentation Interact with customers and contribute to a welcoming environment Help ensure smooth day-to-day market operations Qualifications Proficient in: Canva Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Google Docs ChatGPT Strong computer skills and general tech fluency Highly organized and efficient Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a strong sense of initiative Who You Are Naturally organized and detail-driven Creative, visually aware, and brand-conscious Calm under pressure and thrives in bustling environments Proactive — you see what needs to be done and handle it Bonus (Not Required) Photography or videography skills Experience in hospitality, retail, or food markets Social media growth or content strategy experience Why Join Us Be part of a growing, community-driven brand in the Hamptons Work in a creative, fast-moving environment Opportunity to grow with the business and expand your role
