We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Oversee courses, curriculum, and productions run by SLCT studios and adjunct locations for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, including Mainstage performances. Answering phone calls and collecting/shipping packages. Maintain office and theatre inventory, restocking materials as necessary Administrative aspects of classes/workshops Assist in routine maintenance of the website and social media Serve as the Secretary on the Board of Directors of SLCT. Assist in fundraising activities and running of events that occur outside of typical work hours Overseeing and running show load in and set strikes Other duties as assigned Requirements Knowledge of computers, experience in Microsoft Office preferred. Knowledge of general office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A customer service oriented, can-do approach to work. Able to think on your feet and have excellent problem solving skills. Must have a car and a valid driver's license. Good to
