Job Description

Overview Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support and excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. The Administrative Assistant will work on a Full-Time basis, out of our Insights Residental and CCBHC Outpatient Programs . In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500 !
Pay :
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff members. Ordering supplies and taking stock of administrative office and program inventories. Process incoming mail and packages on a daily basis. Ensure proper filing of various documentation to enable efficient and accurate reporting for internal and external audits. Responsible for assisting other departments with projects/tasks as needed. Qualifications Associate degree/Business Certificate preferred. Two years of previous administrative and/or clerical related customer services experience highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 software required.
