Job Description

Overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our property management team. In this administrative role, you will serve as the primary liaison between residents, property managers, and external vendors to coordinate repairs and service requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Work Order Management:
Prioritize, log, and dispatch maintenance requests received via phone, email, or portal. Schedule appointments, track order progress, and conduct resident follow-ups.
Vendor Coordination:
Act as the primary contact for contractors and utility providers. Request job estimates, maintain vendor compliance files (COIs, licenses, W-9s), and track key logs.
Administrative & Billing Support:
Maintain property management database entries and review vendor invoices for accuracy prior to payment submission. Perform periodic on-site visits to check work order progress as needed.
Qualifications Bilingual:
Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Experience:
1-3 years in administrative, dispatching, or customer service roles (property management or real estate experience preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium).
Soft Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication, strong time-management skills, and an ability to prioritize urgent service requests professionally.
License & Transport:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for occasional site visits. Work Environment & Physical Demands Primarily a sedentary, desk-based office role with occasional travel for brief local site inspections.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
