Job Description
Job Summary The purpose of the data related aspect of this position is to provide computer program support to staff engaged in direct service provision and to assist with data collection efforts. The Office Assistant will perform a variety of duties, including receptionist, fielding telephone calls, filing and data entry.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and Update HCHB system with Demographic changes and updates related to physicians. Call for Follow Up on Physician Orders/F2F Documentation. Maintain and Update HCHB with Signed Physician Orders. Ensures appropriate documentation received such as:HHCCN/NOMNC.
Verify and Maintains receipt of signed/dated documents (Consents). Provides Director of Operations and Regional Administrators with assistance with data entry, analysis, and reports. Performs general administrative duties such as: nursing supply inventory and distribution, ordering supplies, answering incoming calls, distributing messages, faxing, filing, etc.Qualifications:
1 year experience in an office setting (Preferred) High School Diploma or equivalentCompensation:
