A dministrative Assistant - Site Administration & Research Operations Clinvet NY | Waverly, NY About Us Clinvet NY is a global veterinary contract research organization (CRO) specializing in in vitro, preclinical, and clinical trials to evaluate the safety, metabolism, and efficacy of animal health products. As part of the Clinglobal group, we support innovation for animal health companies worldwide—from startups to industry leaders. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant supports daily site operations by managing front desk activities, coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office workflows. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Office Support Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries Receive, organize, and distribute shipments and deliveries Administrative & Operational Support Perform data entry and maintain accurate records / office documentation Schedule meetings, events, and travel accommodations Support coordination of on-site meetings and luncheons Order supplies and manage inventory levels Prepare logbooks and support general clerical needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in administrative, front desk, or clerical roles Associate degree in Administration, Finance or related field preferred Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Familiarity with office and back-office systems Strong organizational and time management skills Professional communication and customer service abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position, 40 hours per week Standard business hours (schedule may vary based on site needs) Compensation & Benefits $16.50 - $18.50 / hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off with increased accrual over time Additional Information Data Privacy Notice Our facility is USDA-licensed and AAALAC-accredited Applicants should apply using a supported browser (Internet Explorer is not supported) Equal Opportunity Employee Clinvet NY is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
