Hourly wage will be determined at the time of employment and based on the current AEOP current contract. The Ideal Candidate will have the following attributes:- Able to independently perform complex assignments; able to draft correspondence, reports and documents related to activities
- Renders good judgment in handling confidential material and information
- Demonstrates outstanding computer skills including a thorough knowledge of electronic mail, Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Infinite Campus
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, writing skills and communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to relate well with students, parents and staff

Preparing a variety of letters, forms, memos, and reports Updating and maintaining records and files, handling dated information Making arrangements for appointments and meetings Creating and maintaining written correspondence Greeting all visitors and answering incoming phone callsPerks:
