Overview Solo practitioner seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a dedicated attorney with systems in place. This role offers an exciting opportunity to start in a practice ready to expand. Responsibilities include reception, smooth workflow and efficient management of case files using already established case management software, client communications by email and some phone, and documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding administrative support. Join us and contribute to impactful legal work while developing your professional expertise in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities include consistent hours starting at 2-3 hours per day with room to expand in time. Experience Basic computer skills, Microsoft office will train. Attorney has processes in place that repeat on a weekly basis.
