Personal Assistant / Educational Coordinator

This role serves as the central point of coordination between participants, faculty, partner institutions, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complex logistics, maintaining professional communication standards, and ensuring a seamless experience for all program participants.

In this role, you will drive innovative instructional strategies, manage curriculum development, and utilize cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance educational experiences. Position also requires Personal Assistant qualities to the Doctor/ Owner. Handling bill payments, taking messages, etc. Responsibilities Manage projects related to curriculum development, content creation, and deployment within Learning Management Systems. Coordinate with subject matter experts to create relevant course materials tailored for Dentists. Oversee the integration of learning technology solutions to enhance content delivery and learner engagement. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and continuous improvement strategies. Requirements Absolute Dental Knowledge Demonstrated expertise in adult education principles. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in writing clear instructional materials, guides, and assessments aligned with learning objectives. Familiarity with dental svocabulary and procedures
