Job Overview We are seeking dynamic and organized Administration Staff to join our team! You will help to support our fast pace clinic operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to our team and patients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create an efficient, welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Assist in front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational integrity Support office management tasks such as patient communication, appointment scheduling, and event coordination Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining excellent customer service standards Experience Prior office experience or clerical work demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures Proven ability in office management tasks including calendar coordination, filing systems, and data entry Experience in a medical office preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service Join us to be part of a lively team where your organizational talents will shine!
