In-Person Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential support to the attorneys and the operations team. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong clerical abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. Duties Assist in office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining Firm and attorney calendars. Assist in digital content production and content calendar management for social media marketing. Answer phone calls with professionalism and provide accurate information to clients and colleagues. Utilize computer systems to manage files, documents, and data entry tasks efficiently. Assist in clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate office deliveries and vendor appointments. Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to productivity. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office. Manage and schedule content calendars and static post content creation for Firm marketing campaigns. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients. Creativity with experience in creating and designing infographic content. Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and document management is required. Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment (Printers, Scanners, Digital Filing). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in all clerical tasks is crucial. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills will contribute to your success in this role.
