Job Description
Purchasing Data Entry and Vendor Coordinator We are looking for an individual to fill a specialized data entry and vendor coordinator position at Mavis Tire . In this role, you will use Microsoft Dynamics and other software to enter and manage vendor invoices and help with managing ISP vendors. We will provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities Data Management:
Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information into the Dynamics 365 system.Purchasing Support:
Process purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy of order details.Audit & Review:
Review invoices and associated documentation for reasonableness, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with purchasing guidelines.Collaboration:
Work with the IT to resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.Assist the team:
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in a relevant field is a plus.Experience:
Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required (training provided).Software Proficiency:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace . Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/ERP systems is a significant bonus. Experience with Smartsheet is a strong plus. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills for phone-based coordination and scheduling.
