Do:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers-handling inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution Manage customer setup, service coordination, and ongoing communication Support collections efforts, including tracking, follow-up, and maintaining customer relationships Assist with high-volume invoicing, including PO matching and documentation accuracy Coordinate service jobs and ensure accurate records Maintain data in Salesforce and internal systems Perform light AR/AP data entry, as needed. Looking For:

5+ years of office/administrative experience Strong background in customer service, collections, communication, and invoicing support Experience in commercial construction, roofing, HVAC, manufacturing, or similar industry preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus Willingness to learn and grow

Pay:

$24•34 per hour (based on experience)

Location:

Yonkers, NY Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (in-office)
