General student worker/clerical work opportunity available. 5 to 10 hours weekly covering office lunch hours. Principal Responsibilities Provide office/front desk coverage. Assist department admin with clerical/basic office duties including but limited to: answering telephones, copying, scanning, shredding, cleaning and sorting. Ability to address questions or concerns from faculty, staff, or campus visitors Assist customers in an effective and efficient manner Assist with creation of reports Input data (if applicable) Follow all department policies and procedures Come to work as scheduled by supervisor Follow department/office policies and procedures Assist with miscellaneous work/projects as instructed Other duties as assigned
