Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Westlake, OH. This role supports the office by handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, organizing documents, and maintaining client files. The Administrative Assistant will assist executives and team members with correspondence, data entry, preparing basic reports, and coordinating meetings. The role also involves greeting visitors, managing mail, and ensuring office supplies and resources are organized and readily available. The ideal candidate will contribute to a professional, efficient, and client-focused office environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documents, schedules, and office operations efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills when interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Candidates should have experience or aptitude in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting leaders with calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks. Candidates should be proficient with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and comfortable with basic data entry and document formatting. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business or office administration is a plus. Prior experience in a financial services or professional office environment is beneficial but not required.
