Job Description

L CMHA Administrative Assistant Logan County Metropolitan Housing Authority is looking to hire a new administrative assitant. The position is full-time. The hours will be Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (30 hours a week). The position comes with a handsome salary with room to improve based off experience and knowledge. Here at the LCMHA we provide affordable housing assistance for eligible families and people in need. We are a federally funded political subdivision and work directly with HUD. Job Description Paperwork for LCMHA, Work with landlords, oversee aspects of waiting list eligibility and management, casework, FSS Program, inspections and paperwork, coordinate with staff about situations and meetings, review files for accuracy and adherence to meet the program requirements, recertification meetings, communicate with tenants. Qualifications High school diploma; Completion of post-secondary education with courses in business management, human resources, public relations, public administration; Management experience; Valid driver's license LCMHA is an equal opportunity employer.
