Job Description

Description Support Leadership. Drive Efficiency. Make an Impact. Ohio CAT is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director of Sales Administration and leadership team. This role serves as a trusted administrative partner, helping leaders stay organized, focused, and effective by managing critical administrative functions, schedules, communications, and special projects. Key Responsibilities Manage complex leadership calendars and scheduling Coordinate domestic travel and logistics Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials Organize department meetings and special events Support project planning, tracking, and process improvements Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Build collaborative relationships across departments Prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy Document meeting notes and action items Provide general administrative support as needed Preferred Qualifications 5+ years supporting leaders in an administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator capacity Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent written communication and organizational abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently Ideal for: Candidates with Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Coordinator experience supporting department leaders or executives.
