Part Time Household Manager for East Side Family

Part-Time Household Manager (Flexible & Supportive Role with a Great Family) (East Side of Cleveland, OH) We are a busy but warm, down-to-earth family seeking a reliable, proactive Household Manager to help keep our home running smoothly. Role:

This position is focused on household management and organization , not heavy cleaning or full-time childcare. We have a weekly housekeeper, and while comfort around children is important, this is not a primary childcare role. The ideal candidate enjoys creating systems, maintaining order, and supporting the overall flow of a busy household.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day household operations and keep the home running smoothly Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, and errands Plan and prepare 2-3 healthy, family-friendly meals per week Handle kids' laundry, wardrobe rotation, and seasonal organization Maintain organized systems (closets, pantry, storage, etc.) Coordinate vendors, home maintenance, and service appointments Assist with light administrative tasks (scheduling, returns, household logistics) Occasional school pick-up or activity transportation Support special/seasonal projects and general "life admin"

What We're Looking For:

Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive Strong time management and ability to prioritize independently Clear communicator with a collaborative, easygoing style Discreet and respectful of privacy Comfortable working independently while adapting to a dynamic household Experience in household management, family assistant roles, or similar We especially value candidates who understand how routines, structure, and organization support a well-functioning home—particularly for children who benefit from consistency. Experience supporting children with varying needs is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Reliable transportation and clean driving record Comfortable around children and a cat (including occasional pet care) Comfortable with occasional overnight support

Compensation:
