Job Description

Administrative Office Associate/Executive American Dermatopathology Laboratory has an immediate opening for a long-term administrative office associate or executive (depending on experience). Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Office Associate, a typical day might include the following: Efficiently completing transcription as dictated by the physician Accurately entering data including patient demographics and clinical information Delivering excellent customer service to patients and providers Ironing out billing issues that can arise with patient insurances Maintaining HIPAA and government compliance when completing any task
Qualifications:
Attention to detail and precision Ability to accurately type at least 60 wpm Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills
Requirements:

Education:
High school diploma as a minimum, associates or bachelor's degree in business or health information management is useful, but not required.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm (during training) '
