Job Description The Member Experience Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors, creating a welcoming, professional, and organized branch environment. This role is responsible for greeting members, directing traffic, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, supervising vendors, and providing general administrative support to the Executive \ Team. The Member Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting efficient branch operations while ensuring members feel valued and assisted upon arrival. Key Responsibilities Greeting members and visitors promptly, professionally, and warmly upon arrival. Direct members to the appropriate team member or department based on their needs. Assist with managing lobby flow to ensure an efficient and positive member experience. Answer general questions about branch services and processes. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate member appointments for branch staff, including new accounts, lending, and other services. Maintain appointment calendars and communicate schedule changes as needed. Receive, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail for the branch Ensure timely delivery of documents to departments and members. Provide general administrative support to the Member Experience Team and Leadership Team. Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and record maintenance Assist with special projects and reports for the Executive Team Other duties as assigned Compliance and Regulatory Awareness Understand and adhere to credit union regulatory requirements. Participate in periodic compliance and security training as required by the credit union. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and comply with the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong background in a customer service role 1+ years of experience in financial services role Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Work Environment & Requirements Full-time position with standard business hours Will be required to travel and support other branches, as needed Requires pushing, pulling, standing and the ability to lift 60 pounds. A consistent, professional, and positive image within the workplace. Effectively and professionally represent the Credit Union in the community. A high degree of confidentiality is required. Attend meetings and training as required
