Job Description The Greenhouse Data Clerk is responsible for creating, maintaining and updating key greenhouse reports, including planting schedules, clean-out timelines and other operational data. This role provides accurate and timely information that supports both Management and Growers in planning and decision making. The Greenhouse Data Clerk ensures data integrity and consistency, serving as an important link between day-to-day greenhouse operations and overall production goals. Job Specific Duties Build and maintain greenhouse reports, including planting and clean out schedules. Collaborate with Greenhouse Supervisors to investigate and complete Priva corrections and controlling for all greenhouse locations: Review employee work and productivity data inputs every day to ensure information is correct. Ensure work activities, locations, containers and etc. with Priva are entered correctly. Follow up with managers and supervisors to confirm any discrepancies and correcting as agreed. Process Activity Reports for managers on a weekly basis Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures. Qualifications Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to problem solve. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain high degree of confidentiality regarding job-related matters. Must have a commitment to continuous learning Must hold a valid drivers license and have access to a personal vehicle. Working Conditions Fast paced greenhouse/warehouse environment where temperatures can be very hot, humid, moist or cold for most of the year. Balance periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the warehouse, with occasional travel between work phases. Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision throughout the workday. Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. The role requires a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Standard workdays are Monday-Saturday, with additional hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on production schedules. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
