This is a full-time, in-person position.Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable:
Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.Cost Coding:
Accurately code and track project costs, ensuring all expenses are recorded and categorized correctly.Communication:
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoicing or cost-related queries.Documentation:
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.Support:
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on accounts payable and cost coding. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred:
