• 44131 Position Summary ALL Erection & Crane Rental is seeking an Administrative Assistant with solid general office skills to support the Weld Shop.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package in a casual office environment. Essential Functions Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service. Various administrative tasks and office support activities such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry. Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Respond timely to inquiries from vendors, customers, or employees and research and resolve concerns or discrepancies. Transmit information or documents to colleagues or customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Assist other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience Requirements Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Must have solid general office skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be detail oriented and capable of growing in responsibilities.
