Regular and Predictable attendance. Conducts one's self with courtesy, respect and consideration towards the public and coworkers always. Prepares and tracks purchase orders, vouchers and warrants for all CCDJFS divisions and Funds. Prepares financial reports that include expenditures and receipts. Processes purchase orders and vouchers for payment and sends out checks. Enters fiscal codes into ledger reporting system for reporting purposes and images all documents. Verifies and approves service authorizations in SACWIS, processes payments in SACWIS reconciling to County tracking system- Foster Care and Adoption. Approves SACWIS payment distribution. Reconciles
SACWIS IV-E
reimbursement to CFIS and SACWIS data. Assists with 4280/4281 preparation. Prepares reports for projection of end of year obligations. Prepares; tracks and reconciles client benefits and entitled reimbursements to the PCSA division. Prepares; tracks and reconciles all expenditures and receipts for children and entitled reimbursements to the PCSA division. Tracks and replenishes as needed emergency clothing and transportation cards. Secures bids, price quotes & cost analysis for agency supplies, equipment & client needs. Writes bid specifications, sends out bid specs, and breaks down bids received for cost comparison. Completes procurement of goods and services for the DJFS. Orders items based on outcomes. Reconciles orders received with bid quote and invoice-packing slip refers for payment processing. Records, manages and reports agency equipment inventory and supply inventories through tracking system on agency computer system. Back up to Acct Clerk and Fiscal Specialists in Business Office. Serves as back up for vehicle scheduling (use and maintenance), copy, printer fax machine needs, processing Child Care Claims, securing birth and death certificates and any other duties to facilitate the operational efficiency of the Business Office. Performs various business office duties such as preparing correspondence, copying, filing, binding reports, providing documents for Auditing or Monitoring purposes, assists with financial balancing monthly. Additional duties to facilitate the operational efficiency of the Business office and operations of the agency, prepares receipts for deposit and enters in ledger reporting system after deposit. Courier for agency correspondence to and from the County Courthouse.
