Job Description
Richland Public Health is seeking a dependable, organized Clerical Specialist to provide essential administrative support to our Community Health Division. In this role, you will process purchase orders and invoices, maintain financial records, monitor budgets, prepare daily deposits, answer telephone calls, greet visitors, distribute incoming mail, and maintain office files. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service, organization, planning, basic bookkeeping, and computer skills.
