Job Description
Office Coordinator Rainbow Carpets is a locally owned flooring store looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly person to become an important part of our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and takes pride in making sure things get done. No flooring experience is required. We will train the right person. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers. Schedule in-home measurements and installations. Confirm appointments with customers and installers. Enter customer information and maintain accurate job records. Track jobs from sale through installation. Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction. Collect final payments. Assist with filing, paperwork, and general office organization. Help keep the showroom clean and welcoming. Support the owner with day-to-day operations. Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable and self-motivated. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office. Schedule Full-time Two Saturdays off each month Closed Sundays Pay & Benefits Hourly pay based on experience. Two weeks paid vacation after eligibility requirements are met. $200 monthly health insurance stipend. Major holidays off (unpaid).
