Position Summary:
Performs a range of technical, administrative and clerical duties in support of program operations.Position Description:
Provides support and handles administrative tasks for department including but not limited to: Check -ins for persons servedAnswering and directing callsScheduling follow-up appointmentsMonitoring lobby areaScanning and filing documentsAssisting with client registration and data entry as neededCollect client payment at time of check in if requiredPerform internal audits periodically to maintain proper CQI measuresMonitors, prepares, and completes intermediate reports in a timely manner to meet reporting requirementsEnsures quality customer service by providing a positive experience for staff, clients, andOther Duties asAssignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsIntermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft OfficeAdhere to acceptable professional/clinical boundaries and confidentialityIntermediate administrative clerical skills (e.g. general office duties, reception and record keeping)Learning contract specificationsExcellent English and grammar compositionGeneral organizational and analytical skillsAbility to multi-taskHighly self-motivated and able to work proactively both independently and as a teamJob Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support roleEssential Functions/Physical Demands:
